Following the intense rain from a few weeks ago, emergency drainage work was done at the park to alleviate the major flooding. As a result, heavy equipment was brought in, and holes were dug but subsequently filled in the next day.
Although attempts are made to schedule major repairs prior to or after the season, at times immediate action is required.
