This is a vintage postcard of Saybrook Township Park (year unknown) that was posted on Facebook. At that time there was a beach area, stairs, and a bath house all of which suffered many years of wrath from Mother Nature and are no longer there. The weather has delayed the planned erosion control project for the park, however, trucks of armor stone should be rolling soon. It would be so nice to recreate this vision for the park but the focus now has to be on saving the land from future erosion. Stay tuned as the project continues and please use caution using the park during the construction period.
